They’ve been renovating the rooms. Small and you may expect musty old rooms but these are freshly renovated, clean and modern. Friendly and responsive staff- would stay there again. Half an hour or so from the strip- great location. Mentioned my partially disabled friend and the lady was at pains to accommodate us in an appropriate room. Wonderful.

I gave five stars not because it's a 5 star hotel haha. I just liked that it was a good price, clean sheets, clean room, clean shower. Seems newly renovated. Staff were very nice. Be prepared to leave a deposit for the room but I guess they do that to keep the bad actors out. My deposit was returned.

Great room for the price! Clean, simple with a powerful air conditioner and solid WiFi. I was in town for Dead & Co at the Sphere (fantastic!) and just needed an inexpensive place to stay. The staff was very friendly. I thought Downtown was going to be a bit closer but it was about a 45 minute walk / 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again for the price!

9Aug2025 my wife and I had to travel to Las Vegas from southern Idaho for a family emergency. The hotel I called before we left (Virgin Hotels by Hilton) lied about their price and check in time. We were told we could check in on arrival and it would be $175 for the night, when we arrived we were told we would have to wait until 1600 to check in and would have to pay $785. After 20 minutes we were finally able to find a room at Perfect Inn. The price was the same when we arrived as we were told on the phone. The TV was a bit janky but the room was clean and comfortable. If I ever went back to Vegas, I would absolutely try to get a room here first.

This place is awesome. It's a hidden gem. The owners here are so nice and accommodating, and the rooms are super clean and remodeled. I live about an hour and a half out of town but I drive for Uber and I come here on the weekends. They're always willing to work on price with me and it's a very quiet area. Peaceful I'd give it more stars if I could.
